P&PFC's mission is to fully represent the Owner and the Artists for whom performance spaces are built by providing practical solutions for impractical arts.

Drawing on 30 years of theatrical production and project management experience, including production management at BAM and Rosas Dance Company in Brussels, and as Vice President of Construction at New 42nd Street, Inc., P&PFC concentrates on theatrical consulting for small to medium sized performance facilities. P&PFC also stays current with theatrical production and operation by providing production management services for selected projects.

Current clients include the Apollo Theater, the Queen Lili'uokalani Trust, Newport Performing Arts Center (RI), the American Dance Institute/Lumberyard, Cathedral of St. John the Divine, and others.

"Many experiences at BAM have shown me that Chris Buckley is a gifted collaborator. His technical skills give him a confident mastery of all aspects of the stage and auditorium. He is quiet and practical, flexible and generous. It was a joy to create a new space with him at Columbia University."
