A fast track renovation of two existing garages on West 26th Street in New York into a 13,000 square foot dance center. Facility includes offices, a 50'x68' studio, and a 190 seat performance space.
P&PFC provided theatrical consultation services for the performance, studio, and support spaces, as well as design and specification of equipment and furnishings. This included seating system, rigging, and theatrical lighting.
