A new 15,000 square foot facility located above the W. 37 Arts Theaters on W. 37th Street in New York. Commissioned and operated by the Baryshnikov Dance Foundation, the facility includes offices, support space, three studios, and a convertible performance space with a capacity of 125.

P&PFC provided design services for studio, performance, support spaces, and equipment, including floors, mirrors and theatrical lighting, as well as owner's representation services.
